    Yes, you may. We have a complete retail operation, and provide uniforms to many local departments.

    We will email you directions at your request.

  4. What shipping companies are used?
    United States Postal Service.

  5. How long will it take?
    Delivery dates are based from the time we receive any patches or custom work not from the time order is placed.

  6. Are items insured in transit?
    Yes.

  7. What is your sales tax policy?
    There is no sales tax on uniforms in Massachusetts.

  8. Which credit cards do you accept?
    We accept VISA and MASTERCARD

  9. What are your live operator hours?
    We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday EST.

  10. What do you do with my contact information/e-mail?
    It is kept in our files. We never sell your personal information.

  11. Do you accept and fulfill international orders?
    Yes, we will. Please email us for further information.

  12. Can you provide references?
    We can and will at your request.
